In order to make flash, the best thing to use is the program Adobe flash CS3( or something light that.) You can get a 30-day free trial at adobe.com, however, Its not available until July 1st. So when that day comes, You can download it, and do your best to use it. If you have difficulty, like I do, I would look at the newgrounds flash tutorial section for help.
